Godrej Soukya Road FAQ

What should I ask for before booking?

Ask for RERA status, sanctioned plan, floor-plan sheet, cost sheet, payment schedule, refund terms, parking policy, water-source note and maintenance estimate.

Can I request a site visit?

Yes. Ask for a site visit that uses the actual Soukya Road approach road, not only a sales-office route. Visit during your real commute window if possible.

Which home sizes can I enquire about?

The working brief covers 4 and 5 BHK row villas from approximately 2,800 sq.ft. onwards. Final areas should be checked against the official floor-plan sheet.

Is the enquiry free?

Yes. Asking for documents, cost details or a site visit should not require payment. Any EOI or booking amount should be paid only after written terms are clear.

What should I compare this project with?

Compare with Goyal Royale Ville, Riviera Uno, DSR Soukya Road, mature Whitefield resale and other East Bengaluru premium launches.

Are the current images official?

No. The current local build uses temporary illustrative visuals. Request official project renders and plan images before relying on visuals.
